What we do

01

Program development

We start at the mission objective and work through to an operating capability. Working with your team, we develop the concept of operations, the standard operating procedures, and the regulatory approvals to put crews on task. We build the program from nothing for an agency starting out, and rebuild it for a unit whose program no longer fits the mission.

02

Field operations and testing

Steele Aerospace flies as contract crew when your unit needs a qualified pilot or a subject matter expert on task, including the data collection and the analysis after. We also fly alongside your own crews to test platforms, sensors and procedures in the environment they will operate in.

03

Industrial and Technological Benefits

Primes carrying ITB obligations look for Canadian suppliers who already know the mechanism. Brandyn Steele has led ITB programs for Canadian defence primes, researching emerging aviation technology and writing the concepts of operations behind it. Steele Aerospace takes subcontract positions on ITB commitments and partners on federal defence and innovation RFPs.

Steele Aerospace meets the 13 security requirements of the Canadian Program for Cyber Security Certification (CPCSC) Level 1, confirmed by annual self-assessment in October 2026.
